Terms of service

PipPilot provides software tools for market analysis, strategy design, backtesting and order automation. It does not provide investment advice, manage funds, or act as a broker. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, the strategies you deploy, and the accounts you connect.

Privacy policy

We store your account details, strategies, backtest results, chat history and trade logs to operate the service. Broker credentials are passed to MetaApi to provision your connection and are not stored by PipPilot. Chat prompts and market context may be sent to our AI provider to generate responses.

Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, metals, contracts for difference and cryptocurrencies on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. Past performance, backtested results and simulated results are not indicative of future results. Automated systems can fail because of connectivity, data, software or broker issues. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
